What is the user limit for Atlassian products?

On Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans, you may license up to 35,000 users per site for Jira Software and Confluence.
For Jira Work Management Standard, Premium and Enterprise, you may license up to 10,000 users per site.
For Jira Service Management Standard, Premium and Enterprise, you may license up to 5,000 agents per site. There is no limit on the number of Jira Service Management “customers.”

How do i find the SEN (Support Entitlement Number) ?
If you are an Admin:
Log in to your My Atlassian account as the account holder or the technical contact.
On the Licenses page, locate the license for which you need support. SEN numbers are located in the first column or immediately after the product name.
